Junior Sales Specialist (Appointment Setter) - Job Description

Apollo Digital is looking to hire a full-time & fully-remote Junior Sales Specialist (a.k.a. appointment setter). The right candidate will be the driving force behind researching and identifying new leads and setting up appointments with potential clients. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation & market research: Identify and generate leads for SEO services, with a focus on local SEO for businesses.
  • Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients.
  • Appointment setting: Schedule and manage appointments with potential clients, ensuring effective follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and gather key information for sales meetings.
  • Client communication: Follow up on leads and provide consistent communication to maintain relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the agency owner and the rest of the team to understand client needs and deliver accurate information.
  • CRM management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and client interactions.
  • Reporting: Report on progress, track key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Professional experience: At least 1 year in sales or appointment setting, ideally with a service-based agency in an international environment. If you've got a proven track record of driving results and generating leads, we want to hear about it!
  • English proficiency: You should be really comfortable with written and spoken English, and able to communicate clearly and effectively. We want someone who can chat confidently and professionally with our potential clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Research skills: You’ll need to be good at digging into different industries and businesses to spot potential clients who would benefit from our SEO services.
  • Organizational skills: Staying on top of things is essential. You'll need to be great at managing your time, hitting KPIs, keeping data neat and organized, and never missing deadlines or appointments.
  • Proficiency with CRM and/or project management tools and lead tracking systems.
  • Attitude: Staying focused, working independently, bringing a positive vibe when communicating to clients and the team, and being great at hitting targets remotely!
